Both religions have separate traditional orders of procession. (ie in the jewish ceremony, it is traditional for both parents to walk the bride and groom down the aisle. in catholic ceremony traditionally groom is not part of the processional and the FoB escorts the bride alone)
if you have a copy of "Weddings for Dummies" there is a sample of each religion in the back of the book. since you're blending the religious services, I suggest you exercise a little creativity and mix both processions.

order of procession
This is a good idea-sounds like you probably do want to incorporate a bit of both... I can tell you what the traditional Christian procession is -
groom & best man already at the altar; coming down the aisle first are the ushers, usually in pairs. Then the bridesmaids followed by the maid of honor. Then the ring bearer(s). Then the flowergirl. Last but not least, here comes the bride, traditionally with her dad or a male figure. (Im having my mom :-)) good luck, and remember - ANY WAY you do it, it will be beautiful
