Order of Procession- would this be ok?

This is what I want to do. Not sure how it normally works, but I do want my MOH walking down right before me.

1. Rabbi
2. GM
3. GM
4. GM ( we dont have a best man)
5. FH and FIL's
6. Bridesmaid
7. Bridemaid
8. RB
9. FG
10. MOH
11. Me & Parents

sounds right to me except I believe the flower girl comes directly before you. The idea is that she puts the flowers on the floor for you to walk on.
