How would you guys do the order of entrances into the reception?
We have:
Bride's Parents Groom's Parents Bride's 2 brothers (not groomsmen) Groom's 1 sister (not a bridesmaid) MOH Best Man Bride & Groom
What would the proper order be?

I think your order is fine. I know most people have the MOH and best man come in together, but since you don't really have a bridal party, it'll give them some time in the spotlight and not make the entrance too short.
I've been thinking about my ceremony processional and reception entrances, and I've always pictured the grooms family going first, then mine. I think I get this from years in musical theater when the closer towards the end you took your bow, the better it was lol. But that's just me, you should do yours however you want.
