I ordered cocktail napkins and favor tags from the knot and it is all wrong!!! Not only do the favor tags look cheap, but they messed up on our wedding date. They wrote 009 instead of 09. Then I opened up the box of napkins and they used silver foil instead of black foil on my berry colored napkins. I double checked the order form and I ordered correctly with no typo's. Now I am stuck paying for the return shipping on items they messed up on.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I ordered matches from the Knot and they messed up my date too (well actuall the '1' looked like an 'l'. I called and told them and they said they would correct them and re-ship. When I asked about the wrong matches, she told me don't worry about it, to keep it because there is nothing they can do with them.

I would call and complain try to get your money back
I would definitely call them and see if they could waive the shipping for you on that - clearly their error so they should...

Ugh I just ordered my matches napkiens and coasters from them I hate when online stores make you pay for return shipping you should def call and complain bc it isn't ur fault

sounds like to me it's time to throw a fit!!! it was not your fault and it was theres!>!>! let them know that in the event that they dont fix this for you IMMEDIATLY that you would be more the n happy to go on all the mwedding message boards and let all the other brides know that they are a rip-off and that they dont do buiness practices well and i bet that they will take care of it!! good luck. dont take this from them!!! fight it!!

Thanks, I will give them a call tomorrow morning. Hopefully they will do the same for me so I don't have to pay for return shipping.

I just got off the phone with them and they are correcting the problem. They also said I did not need to return the items. This was my first purchase from the knot and I have to say that they have excellent customer service. Hopefully the new order will be perfect!!
