BEAUTIFUL dress!!! Saw the same exact one online at this site www.highlightstudio.com for a very good price. They also carry many more Maggie Sottero dresses that are also outstanding. I havent actually been to the store which is located in manhattan (im in Hawaii) but think it will be worth a shot based on the prices they show online.

I took a look- that site listed it as $1388, where most places I looked were going to sell it for (except Bridal Reflections who was charging double).
That is what the shop I ordered from was going to charge. However, I called up Burton's and they said they would give it to me for $1350 including alterations. I told my shop (NY Bride in Syracuse) that- well, the alterations dept was completely separate they said so they couldn't discount that, but they DID give the dress to me for $1350.
I ordered the petite length which was $35 extra so it pretty much evened out. And hopefully I won't need hemming at all now so alterations shouldn't be too much.
I know Maggie Sottero has strict rules about discounting, so the prices on that site looked about right on other dresses too. I think they miay be exaggerating about the 'original prices' listed. So you may not have to come all the way out here for your dress :)

Really?? it's hard to tell in the cameraphone pics but I think the crystals on the bodice and skirt are so sparkly and beautiful as it is.
Where is she having the stones put on?
