ordered our wedding bands

FH and I had a productive wedding weekend and ordered our wedding bands today! Here's mine:



I cannot wait to wear it!

FH wouldn't let me take a picture of his but I'll get one after we pick them up.

They should be ready in a couple of weeks. So excited to have another check off the list!

Awww it's beautiful! Looks kinda like mine, but it's hard to tell from this shot if the diamonds are princess or round -- do they go all the way around or part-way?

I know what you mean about wanting to wear it!

Mine's in my dad's safe at his house and I visited it on Saturday and I wanted to take it home sooooooooo badly but I have no self control.

Thanks - I love it.

The diamonds go about 3/4 of the way around and they're princess cut. I know it's a bad picture but it was so hard to snap one because the lights were so bright, I kept getting a really bad glare.

It's just beautiful!

Since it's 3/4 around, are you getting it engraved?

I had to set my camera to 'macro' mode to take a close-up pic like this.


I went back and forth about the princess cut vs. round but ended up getting round. I wonder if the spaces will someday bug me... princess channel set is sooooo beautiful and sparkly!!

Your ring is beautiful! FH and I have decided to have each other's rings engraved but we're not telling each other what they say or letting each other see the engraving until the wedding. The jeweler said we can both come in separately a couple of weeks before the wedding to do this. Now I have to come up with something sweet and sentimental to put in FH's ring.

I had a really hard time deciding between princess cut and round too! FH finally made the decision that he liked the princess cut better. Once I pick up the ring, I'll be able to take a better picture of it (thanks for the tip on using the macro setting). I only had my blackberry with me when we went shopping.

And hey! Aren't you supposed to be cleaning???

I gave up on cleaning for the rest of tonight... the other goal today was to pick out outfits to pack for our honeymoon... as you can see, that's not going so well either...

That's so sweet about your engravings!!!!!!!!!! We each got the date engraved on our rings. I am so excited about putting the ring on FH's finger. I just get so so happy, I feel like I'm going to BURST every time I think about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know what you mean about wanting to burst. When FH tried on his ring, I started to tear up! Between the rings and getting the invitations this weekend, all of a sudden, I feel like it's really happening!

By the way, I think we have the same invitations too! Great minds....
