Ordering BM Dresses at Discount (Bill Levkoff)

Anyone know where to order BM dresses at a discount, other than RK Bridal? How have your experiences been ordering off Internet discount sites?

I fell in love with a few tissue taffeta styles today at Demetrios in Macy's.

We found Bill Levkoff at Macy's too. It was more expensive than other places. The one I picked was $215 at Macy and $190 at the shop I got my dress at, and then they gave a 10% discount because I got my dress there. But I saw it at the Commack wedding center for $162 and even cheaper online. There was a bride on here who posted that they ordered from Netbride.com and everything was good. I'm considering having my 1 out of town BM order from it but I don't know how long it'll take and I'm running out of time!

i would def suggest having the girls order from the same place at the same time so that the color is not off. If you order separately the dresses will not be cut fromt he same dye lot and you run the risk of having the colors not match!

I am upstate so that won't help you, but the store I ordered my dress from I asked if they would price match RK bridal since that was the cheapest I found for the dresses. They did! I ended up saving my girls $55 dollars.

Can't hurt to ask around.

You mentioned having an out of state girl order her dress elsewhere... I have the same issue 4 of my girls live out of state. the dress shop told me they should all order them from the same place so it's all on one order and they are all dyed at the same time. If there are mutiple times the manufacturer is dying fabric the colors might not come out exactly the same.

The OOT girls can be meausred where they lived they would just have to call with their measurments and leave the deposit there too

my bm dresses came from Here Comes the Bridesmaid. they gave me a discount since i ordered 8 dresses. a few months later, they gave me the same discount for my fg dress.

i originally found the dress at RK, but i couldn't get comforable with the swatches they were showing me. the tag and the swatches said two different things, but they were telling me that the difference didn't matter and the colors were the same. anyway, we paid a little more at HCTB - i think it was around $20. everyone was fine with that and we were all able to be comfortable with the color.

Yeah, I would've rather had her call in her measurements to order together but I didn't give her much time (I asked her after everyone else), and I didn't want to risk having to rush order all the dresses. I'd rather take my chances w/ the color than worry that no one has a dress on time.
