How many should I get? There are close to 260 people attending the reception. Should I get 2-3 per person?

I would say 3 per person rounded up to the nearest whatever multiple they come in. You could ask your catering hall to use the rest when they serve dessert.

My guest list was about 250 and I ordered 350 cocktail napkins
