Has anyone ordered their BM dresses online? I was looking at House of Brides and Netbride... They both have really good prices and I would like to save my girls some money. Are they reputable? I'm nervous about ordering them online.... what do you think??

I wanted to use House of Brides but.... I decided to make a trial purchase of some lingere aND guess what.... I spend $95 and a week after the purchase I get an email. it was from House of Brides saying they do not have the lingere in stock and I can put mymoney towards something else or get a full refund. I wrote back and told them I want a full refund.
I thought all was well until I never got my money. So I started calling after about 1 month. I called every two weeks for 3 months and they kept telling me I would get it soon. THey only do refunds on Fridays...
Anyway I finally did get it back but was like pulling teeth!
After this I felt very uneasy with purchasing my GOWN from them..
* ON the bright side: I talked to some girls on here who strongly reccommend RK BRIDAL--plus they ACTUALLY HAVE A SALON IN THE CITY so if ever there was a problem at least you could go there and talk to someone face to face.

We used Netbride and LOVED them. They were very helpful, answered all of my questions over the phone and on email, and the dresses came in quickly and in perfect condition. I had some shipped to me, and others directly to my girls.
HIGHLY recommend them.

try RK bridals. if they have the dress you want and you found a cheaper price than what they are selling it for, they will beat the lowest price by 5% and charge the same shipping and/or other fees that the other website would have charged you.

I highly recommend RK. I used them and everything was perfect.. It is a little hectic there on the weekends, so if you can I suggest going on a weekday. But I did have a very good experience with them and the dresses came in 3 weeks! It's a little tougher but you will save lots by doing the 'no-frills' deal.. FM me if you have any questions! I didn't try HouseOfBrides because I read some bad reviews.
I tried NetBrides, and my dresses being shipped today via UPS! Their customer service was outstanding! And prices where absolute best!

ITA. They were great--we got awesome prices, since the girls were all over the dresses were shipped to them, and even with the shipping costs the prices were STILL better than any we saw in a store. The dresses came in perfect condition!
