ORNAMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

With all the talk of the secret santa ornament exchange it got me thinking about my favorite Christmas ornament.

Mine is from the 80's and its a Kermit the frog head with bells, there is a Miss piggy one too.
They are sooo adorable and every time I take them out of the box I get sooo excited...it takes me back to being a child.

So ladies... what are your favorite ornaments??

I have a few.

The Wreath I made out of beads in 2nd grade brings me way back.

But the Snowmen I had my kids make, makes me all weeeeee =)

I really can't think of one....

Oh wait I remember, my aunt got us one personalized with my name, my mom and my doggies name . It was of a fireplace and there was stockings hanging with the names on them....

My Mikey passed a away about 3 years ago.....I have it in my room at my moms house.....

I have tons of favorite ornaments, but the one that reminds me most of my childhood is the wooden angels ones that my mom had me and my sisters paint. We each got an angel and got to paint it any way we wanted. Everytime I see it, I remember sitting at the kitchen table with my sisters and my mom doing our little craft project!

My mom won't part with these ornaments and makes sure that she puts on them on the tree each year!

i made a ornament when i was in 3rd grade and its been my favorite ever since, its a clear plstic balls with glitter garland stuff inside and red ribbon glued on the outside and a red slower on the top. I guess i am just proud i made it myself

I have the same kermit!!! I got it when I was like 3!!! I got it for my birthday 12/12. It is so old the string came off to hang it on the tree and all the bells are gone!! i still love it, but now I just put it on my coffee table!!

I ddn't know there was a miss piggy one!!! She is my all time fav!!!

I have a ceramic stocking that was made for me by my dads cousin ( i was named for her) . I was born on 12/1 she made it the year I was born. It will be 34 this year. There are all kinds of toys coming out of the top and it has my name on it.

It has broken so many times and every time I just use some more crazy glue on it.

I love it so much!!!

OMG!!!!!!!!! Thats sooo funny! I love it soooo much! The Miss Piggy one has wings...she is sooo cute!
I went looking online to see if I could find more but I guess they are too old! = (
Some of the bells on my Kermit are gone.

12/1??? WOW we have the same birthday!!!!!!!!!

My favorites have always been my mom's colored glass hearts...they're not really glass? It's hard to describe. Like that shiny metallic material. They're all jewel toned, and they come to this almost hand blown looking point at the bottom that beads off, it's really cool.

I dropped and broke on of them once and I cryed so hard. Like, 3 years ago

I love this angel ornament that I made in Girl Scouts when I was & I think...its sparkly and pretty ! Ya know what? Come to think of it.... I cant recall a lot of the ornaments from my tree right now...hmmmm

my favs are the ones my daughter makes
i love christmas time i can't wait to see what they make this year
