OT-Another Maximus salon question (color)

So I was thinking of getting my hair highlighted when I go to maximus. I never go anywhere like this to get my hair cut (and I've never had my hair colored), so I'm a bit clueless ( so please bear with me!).

I know that I want to ask for a consultation for my hair cut, since it's my first visit, and I have the name of a few stylists. Do I ask for a second consultation with a colorist? Do all of the stylists do color, too? I'm not sure who to ask for and also how it works as far as scheduling my appointment.
