OT Robyn - Spain

I posted a fresh thread so this wouldn't get lost way down there... My FH's family is from Madrid, so that is why we are going there...I have never been but Barcelona is supposed to be MUCH nicer than Madrid (the center of the peninsula and very hot) Although there are some nice things to see in Madrid. FH says the same about Costa del Sol...while beautiful...Spain has an entire coastline of beautiful cities and towns... We are going to the Canary Islands 1. to get away from his family - it is our honeymoon and 2. FH has never been there...but has been everywhere else in Spain. You may also think about the closer islands Majorca (sp?) and Ibeza (I hear very trendy right now) Wherever you go - you'll love it...
