OT: Teachers

Just curios if there are more teachers on here. I've been teaching 7th grade math in Queens for the past 3 years, and will be teaching ELA this upcoming year like I've always wanted.

Any other teachers??? How's your summer going so far?

I'm a teacher!! I teach Special Ed at a public school on Long Island. Last year I was at the high school...but they may be moving me to the middle school.

During the summer, I'm working at BOCES- its my 4th year there. I work with children with severe disabilities.

i'm a teacher. i teach 2nd grade up in huntington. over the summer i work at a school recreation program....i've been working there since 1997....i made my way up from counselor to teacher. :)

Which BOCES Colleen? I have several clients that go to BOCES schools.

That is MY DREAM!!! Are you in a PH.D program now?? I have looked into it, but haven't actually pursued it...yet! If you are in a program, where?

haha yay for english teachers..i just graduated, so im still currently looking for a job..not very fun..eventually i do want to go back and get my masters in literature though

I am a Kindergarten Teacher on Staten Island. I have been teaching Kindergarten for 3 years!!!

I am still obtaining my masters in elementary special ed I will be student teaching 2 weeks after my wedding. But FH is a teacher he is working at Boces for the summer and teaches special ed during the year at a catholic school.

I teach math in a 7-12 building on Long Island. next year I have two classes of seniors, two classes of ninth and one eight. I have been teaching some courses at night at a local college and I will be teaching regents review classes ina few weeks.
