OUCH my teeth!

I started bleaching last night and my teeth are killing me
the pain we must go thru to look beautiful

Are you going through the dentist to do it? Or are you using the crest white stipes (or something similar)?

My dad has this gel from the dentist and he uses it every night.

It's from the dentist - it's opalessance (sp) - it's a gel and I use trays fitted to my teeth. It works awesome, it's just a very painful process

That's exactly what my dad is doing. It's working really well.

Good luck, can you take anything to help the pain?

i took 2 Ibuprofens but they are not working at all.

You've done this before? Is it expensive? FH and I were just discussing our teeth whitening options for the wedding.

It cost me about $300 bucks - I did it about a year ago - but luckily my cousin works for a dentisit - she cleans teeth and stuff ( i forget what they are called) so she gets me some free bleach.

I started smoking again, after I bleached, and now that I quit again I want to brighten them up.
