Getting my first 'Brazilian' on Sunday at a salon in Oceanside. I can't wait for the results, but a little scared. How should I be prepared? Any advise?
Going away a week from Saturday to Aruba so figured I'd try it out and see if I want to do it again b4 the wedding.

Take advil or a pain killer about 1/2 hr prior to going and wear a thong...
Good luck! It's only painful for a couple of seconds after each removal... Try not to think about it - no pain no gain!

LOL! Thanks... I know it'll be worth the pain and I won't have to worry about it on vacation. Plus, I wanted to try it b4 the wedding in a few months.

I agree..take an advil or two 1/2 an hour before..and don't get it done around that special time of the month...you're more sensitive to pain at that time.

DO NOT wear tight jeans!!! Something loose so when you are done and it is sensitive you dont have anything rubbing on it!!

Agreed - jeans are a no no!! I did it once by mistake and when I got home I realized the blue fuzz from the denim stuck to the slight bit of wax the lady left on!!

Def wear a thong. Take advil before you go absolutely. They also sell this kinda lotion at the place where I go. You put it on where you just got the wax and it stops ingrown hair. You might want to check that out, because ladies if you have ever had an ingrown hair down there, its extremely painful. That might be something to ask for. good luck.
