ouch..hangover =(

FH and I and some friends went to the FDNY/NYPD irish football game last night in the Bronx (anyone go? Holy crowdedness!) And I only had 2 there and then went to a bar back near our apt and had about 4 or 5 more.

OK maybe that's alot. I used to be able to drink more.

Funny thing was I felt a bit buzzed but not drunk last night. And this morning I woke up with the mother of all hangovers. Had to cancel on my 2 vendor meetings today because of it.

I'm dying for something fat and greasy now to eat.

So much for my flexpoints with WW this week.

I should go work out later. Ugh. One part of my head is still hurting. Beer is truly evil.

DRINK WATER!!!!!! The hangover feelings is caused my your body being dehydrated. (next time then you get home, drink a big glass of water before you go to tbed, prevents that yucky feeling in AM).

Drink water and have a piece of toast with jelly.

Then see how you are feeling.

Someone told me that V8 juice helps a hangover but I never tried it. Anyone else ever hear of that?
I thought they were pulling my leg.
