This was taken yesterday 7 weeks & 6 days into it. Heartbeat was pounding away.. shocked DH & I. We were soooooo excited.

Nope, not yet. We tell them on Christmas day! We bought Xmas cards from the baby (Merry Xmas, Grandma/uncle, etc). And in case they don't understand the card, we're including a copy of the sonogram pic in each card.
