Our bid was accepted late last night. We have an engineer coming in to inspect the house on Thursday. I need good house vibes. The first house fell through, and I don't think I can take the heartbreak again, esp. at the price we're paying. Please send good vibes my way. I need all the luck I can get at this point.

Thanks! It's so stressful selling my house and buying a new one. Coordinating the closing dates is a headache.
