Our bid was accepted!!!!!!!**updated 1/12

We went back and forth on the price but they accepted our offer. They want out of the house. He wants us in in March

**1/12 - Our inspection was today and it passed with flying colors. I was so nervous since the house was built in 1923. Only 12 minor things were wrong. Like, the outlets have to be made into 3 prong, some corking around some windows, etc. Very minor. We are so excited!! We sign the contracts hopefully next week

Wow Congrats. That was so nice. I live 5 minutes away in Franklin Square. I love Malverne. Great little town!

Thank you It's so much bigger then I ever thought we would have. And only little things have to be done. I am so excited I can't even sleep

OMG CONGRATS TO YOU...I remeber you saying you were going to go out.

I had no luck this weekend. I think I am going to go out next weekend without my broker. I think I can do better on my own.

That's what we did. On Sat. we went out with an agent and he showed us garbage! Then yesterday we went out to Open Houses and that is when we found this house
