She was 6 days late but little Angelina was born on February 16 at 3:06 pm. She was 6lbs 8oz and 20 in long. We are so in love with her its is just amazing!!! I was beginning to get antsy after the first couple of days of waiting past my EDD so I FM'ed Elizabeth for the labor-inducing eggplant parm recipe (thanks Elizabeth!!!). I made it on Thursday and all night I had painful contractions, but they were irregular. So, I made it again on Saturday and it worked! Sunday night my water broke and we were off to the hospital. It was a little rough because I had only dilated 1 cm so I had to be induced. Labor lasted 20 hours, but the actual delivery was amazing. It was an absolutely miraculous experience. Now we're home and doing well. I will be posting pics as soon as I can! Thank you to everyone for all the advice and support along the way!!
