we've only been in it since august 04 and they are selling for 23,000 more than what we bought for..wooo hooo finally something is going right..

Are you just comparing them to others that have sold? I'm just wondering how you figure out how much it's gone up.

I just look at the ones that have sold since the new year and that is the difference in how much we paid
