I think FH and I looked at those. Which school district is it in?

---

the condos are in massapequa but they are zoned Amityville (the ONLY negative in my opinion) however, works well for us since we dont plan to have kids of school age within the next 8-10 years. This is our 'starter' and we'll sell and move on by the time our kids are ready for school.

i mentioned this in a few FMs to some of the girls. it ***** that its amityville. my first impression was 'no way will i buy there if its amityville' but think of it this way: the units are only 2 bedrooms, most families with children would not be looking to buy there. its more of a community for people just starting out or people who are retiring, looking to downsize. I dont think resale should be that strenuous based on this.

Karin, your condo is FABULOUS!!!!!

good luck!
