We bought our condo in June, and the same model (without an updated bathroom which ours has) just sold for $30,000 more! It seemed so expensive when we bought, but I am so glad we bought when we did--condos are going up so much, so quickly! Good luck to everyone looking!

We bought our's 15 years ago and has tripled in price!!! I can't believe the costs!!!
