Our E-party pics

After all these posts about eparties I forgot I never posted mine. I'm a picture stalker.....loooove to look at people's pics so it's only fair to share..lol..Like I was telling another bride on here, I know she was checking on the weather everyday b/c I did too...and yes I checked the prior years also...I'm SUCH a dork .

Here is a few, i'll put the rest in the album. (what I can anyway...it got a little wild after we put the seniors to bed )

Btw...in the second pic w/ FH and I....I am NOT crosseyed...it's the flash on my glasses

3rd one is of my moh (sis) in the blk and white and my BMs minus one

oh and I don't know what my mom is doing in that last one...

thanks girls!! Oh we had so much fun. I thought I'd be running like crazy making sure everyone had a good time but they handled that themselves!! (liquor and DJ didn't hurt though )

yeah the pics are a real nice touch and it has that very modern look, great job

and cupcakes always gets bonus points from me lol

well if they didn't have fun they sure ate and drank us out of house and home!

Now the real planning begins. The eparty marked the year left almost to the day before the wedding so I've gotta kick into overdrive now.

The cupcake situation almost had me pull out the hidden bridezilla I didn't even know I had.

I get to the bakery in BK ( i know a ways away but a really good West Indian bakery) the night before the party to pick them up and they tell me that instead of half of them with white icing and the other with green icing, they were green and blue!! That is sooo random! So I calmly (i think) told them that it won't do because I have a color theme.

So they make me wait like 20 mins while they scramble to fix them. They come out and they have the right icing but with RAINBOW SPRINKLES. If I was so indignant about the colors why would I arbitrarily want rainbow sprinkles!! And some of them had new icing covering the old wrong icing.

i'm getting really mad now so FH grabs me before I slide over the counter w/ my can of whoop a** and explains it won't do and to get the owner. She come out and begs me to give them 15 mins. to fix it. I was about to leave and say I'll bake a darn cake but FH said he'd take me for a drink to calm my nerves.

We go and come back and they're exactly as they should be....GREAT....but I told the owner 'I'm going to walk out of this store w/ these cupcakes and I'm not giving you another dime beyond the deposit I already left you when I ordered and I dare you to stop me!' and that 's just what I did.

Dang...those were some good cheap cupcakes but they should have gotten it right..its cupcakes not rocket science!!

but i would be upset also... if you are paying for GREEN .. unless the baker is BLIND it shoudl be GREEN!!!

Everything looks great. I love the Pear shape wish bowl and the food on the grill looked delicious.
