Our Engagement Picture!

Here is our engagement picture! I thought you all would love to see. It was done by Spelman. It was quite delayed in its coming, which was an error, but Christine compensated us for it without our even asking. I know of brides on here who are using/have used Spelman and have recived thier photos/albums in a timely manner. Christine assured me that the delay we experienced with this is not typical. I am hopeful that it won't happen again with our wedding!

We always get told how young we look and we're almost 25! We both have college degrees (I even have a Masters) and we have good careers but people think we're teenagers! But when we go to the movies I get asked how old I am because they think I qualify for a youth ticket!!! I'm not even joking about that! I could go on and on!

very nice!

Don't feel too bad people think I am a teenager too! I will be 30 in a couple months! they say once I speak they know I am not but on straight looks I am lucky if people think I am 21...they usually guess is 18. I hate it! FI passes for 21 but people say 25ish and he is 31!

You must be so happy-what a great picture!

LOL about the age thing. I'm 35 and still get carded. The funny thing is the typical response I get when a bouncer or bartender checks my birth year on my license is 'I'm sorry'! Sorry for what? For carding an old lady??

Same with FH. The cashier at 7-11 carded him the other day when he bought cigarettes. Mind you, you have to be 18 to buy them!

We'll be so happy when we're 50 and look 30, right??
