I got the plastic thing at Party City for like $3.00. It came with 2 images. I put one on the side of the house as well.
I really want a blow-up Homer Simpson (scott loves the Simpsons) but I cannot see spending $60+ bucks on that when the baby is coming next month. Oh, well maybe after holiday sales.

That's cute...I went more for the 'farm' look...lots of huge, colorful mums, cornstalks, pumpkins, and a small scarecrow. And, Jeff hung my new harvest flag today...I'm so excited...I should take pics, too!
