Our house is clear to close!

So I have really exciting news...me and fh are clear for closing on the house!!!!! now we just need to contact the seller to find out when she wants to do this..but we know she wants to get out quick ..so we're thinking closing may be early next week!!!! we're sooo excited..and everything went so smoothly!
