WOW - what a difference some paint makes! Looks great!

looks great!! we've been working on our kitchen renovation (we totally gutted it!!) for the last 6 months! It's hard, but you have to take it one step at a time.....congrats!!

Next up is kitchen & bath! Where did you get your kitchen from? We are doing the Mills Pride DIY Kitchen from Home Depot....we've been on the website playing w/ that program that lets you create your kitchen...it's so fun! haha

It's coming along!! wow! The house is SO cute and has so much character and potential

you guys are doing a great job and it must be going faster w/some help from the family

well....FH is very picky about what kind of cabinets we got, he insisted on cherry cabinets (which he usually doesn't get a say, so this time I budged!!). I couldn't commit to really dark cabinetry, so we picked a cherry stain that's a reddish brownish color and not too dark. I actually would have preferred maple (especially since its cheaper!). We didn't go through Home Depot, we used a local kitchen guy (so it was a little more $$)....we went through College Point Kitchens in Queens and we purchased Wellborn cabinets (they'll be delivered in 3 weeks!!! can't wait!!!).

I think they have some kitchen design ideas on their website- FYI- we got the savannah door style in the cherry cocoa finish:

oh and check out hgtv.com too- they have a lot of kitchen design features on their website too! I could spend hours on their site!!
