Does she know she's moving?

i love it! congrats!!! now...holy crap, that is a lot of packing she has to do!!!

she has sooo much packing to do... there is crap everywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i hope she clears it all out!!!!

we are not closing until april 15th thought so she said she's gonna start in march. I hope she clears it all out!!

the kitchen is updated but i do not like the clors we are have a very warm earthy colored tastes.... i have a chef motif in the kitchen with warm reds, browns and black & white. i want to put a copper tiled ceiling in. I am a chef so my kitchen will be very important to me.... we are going to try and wrap the countertops around the stairs and add more cabinets and I need a dishwasher especially with the amount of cooking I do...

but we are very excited although we did find termite damage, we are pretty sur eit's old though but the seller cannot show proof that she has treament becuase her deceased husband took are of that and she can't find it. but she signed a contract when we were there to get it fixed... a big $800 i was shocked she was giong to do it, but my MIL said she has to to have to have it done... but i didn't think so...

yes it is in levittown, north of hempstead turnpike

very nice. CONGRATS and GOOD LUCK!

welcome to levittown there are so many of us on here from there we need to have a gtg

Congratulations again - Im pretty sure its fairly common to find some (old) termite damage in older homes. My Dad's house had it but it was taken care of years ago - but you can still see evidence of the damge even now...20 years later, because he didnt replace the boards.

Anyway, congrats, you have plenty of time to get packed and pick our colors, furniture etc.

So do we!!! LOL. I had to do a double take. Ours are blue though, not green.

Great house! Congrats. Is it a Levitt cape? I like the extension off the kitchen with the dining room, great idea. We have a smaller extenion there that makes the kitchen larger and has a laundry room.
