Our invites are in the mail!!!

I put them out today...I wish I had 1000 posts so I can do a headcount on here.

omg mine aren't even done yet.

I'm hoping to have them in my hands by the last weekend in may and spend that weekend to address them, so get them sent out June 1.

I hope I'm not cutting it too close...

I don't think you should worry. We have a lot of out of towners. We also set an RSVP of June 25th. I wanted to give 6 weeks before the RSVP b/c we also have a 'B' list batch. The sooner I get some 'No's' the better, so I can send out the 'B' list (mostly parents work friends, etc.).

Also, the postage rate goes up on Monday. I had purchased all my postage a while back, so I had no choice to get them out.

Hooray! Let the stalking begin!!!

I wish I had 1000 posts for that reason too lol! I don't even remember how many people we have coming as of right now. I think it's around 68 or so. None of FH's family has RSVP'd yet except his parents who sent back the card. Good thing they're coming lol.

I just came back from the post office. I got 6 sheets of forever stamps from the automated postal center machine.

Lol... I sent mine out April 1st... err... ok, March 31st if I'm being totally honest!!!!!!! I just had to get them out of my house and we have so many OOT guests and never did STDs...

I'm totally trying to back pedal now and make excuses... lol

But I gave everyone tons of time to let me know and put an early date on my RSVPs (June 5th) so I can make a contingency plan if more people than expected can't come.

The last few days, all I've gotten is 'no's, which makes me sad. Hopefully some more YESes will come in soon!
