Our Latest Purchase

We went to Seaman's Warehouse Sale today and bought our very own 'grown up' [read: MATCHING] bedroom set!

It retailed for close to $3000 and since my BIL works there we got a great deal for $1250, don't you think? Some little scratches and dings but nothing that can't be fixed with a furniture marker.

I can't wait to get it and set it up tomorrow!

Great deal!! That set is really nice. What kind of wood is it? I like it a lot.

Re: Our Latest Purchase

Thanks, it is cherry, they call it a warm cherry.

Re: Our Latest Purchase

I thought so! I love cherry wood, but I haven't seen it much in a lighter shade like that. It's really nice.

Re: Our Latest Purchase

Yeah, you are right, it's a different cherry, not so red, not so dark, kind of muted.

Thanks again!

Re: Our Latest Purchase

Thanks Everyone! We set everything up this morning and I LOVE it, I'll have to take some pics. I am currently trying to find homes for things, as I was pack rat for stuff under the bed, it can't go there anymore! And we don't own a house, I don't have a ton of room, but we will make it work.
