DH and I went out looking on Friday in Putnam County. We saw five houses and fell in love with one in particular. It was so much nicer than anything else we saw in that price range. After we talked about it over the weekend, we decided to make an offer. We offered 15K less and expected to haggle a little and meet somewhere in the middle, but the HOs need to sell, and thet accepted our offer! I am so excited and I am so psyched to decorate and have a garden and a yard again.
