Our offer was accepted and now I accepted an offer too!

I posted last week that we were going to start house-hunting and that I was selling my co-op.

Well, on Sunday we saw an open-house that we loved and put in a bid last night that was accepted (after a bit of bargaining back and forth). We were so excited, but I was nervous all morning as I still had to get a bid on my co-op.

I just had a call from the realtor and I got a bid for the asking price and of course I have accepted!!! I can't believe how easy it has all been so far. We have arranged the inspection, talked to our attorney and the bank and we have a proposed closing date of May 1!!!
