He keeps pushing the other cat out of the way when he tries to eat and he hogs the whole dish which is filled with two trays of food. No wonder the little guy is so skinny.

Would it be possible to feed them in separate rooms??? Maybe when you first put their food out .. feed bully in one room, and feed skinny in another room .. close the door on at least one of them, so the other can eat in peace .. at least for a little while before opening the doors again.

I am trying to sneak skinny into another room to give him some food. Poor guy never gets to eat much with the other cat around.

Get rid of 'em both. Kick the fat one across the room when it bothers skinny. That should do it. I detest cats.
But seriously, it sounds like they are trying to eat out of one of those double-dish bowls. What about getting them each their own bowl? Put them far away from each other, but in the same room. They really should learn to eat together and I would fear that you'd have to keep up the separate-room-close-the-door charade if that's how you resolved the issue, even temporarily.
But, really, I was SO kidding about kicking the fat one. Please do not kick fat cats. Or skinny ones for that matter.

I always had dogs so I'm still trying to get used to having cats. I tried feeding them a room away and fat cat goes wherever the skinny one is eating. BULLY!

Sounds exactly like my two cats....One is a moose because she eats her food and the other cats food two....and my other cat is a little pee wee....but I love them both two death....my husband has to keep reminding me that they are only cats becasue I treat them like little humans
