are at the underwriters..what does that mean????? they said we should be in contract by the 21st and i'm dying to know when it will happen!!!!

The Underwriters take the longest in the contract process. Don't be surprised if it takes weeks. If it happens sooner... well thats a plus. :)

so its good that they are at the underwriter's stage i suppose..i just have no idea what is going on..it should go quick because this is the new co op complex and the one bank is handling all of the transactions so everything is pretty much done for them..i'll keep my fingers crossed..i can't wait to hear
