Out of all the weddings you have been to....

what was the most memorable thing that happened? good or bad.

mine was at fbil's a fight broke out between a cousin and brother then the bride had to go to the bathroom and peed on herself i will never forget that one

That really is hilarious!

I can't say that I have had anything funny happen at any of the weddings I've been to.

wow! that was an interesting one in the first post.

for me, most memorable was 2 wks ago at GothBride's wedding---the new Mr. & Mrs., along with members of their family, picked up guitars and drum set, while the bride got on the mic, and rocked out for a set. it was beyond awesome, and i loved every minute of it.

I I think I win this one...

Mine was a friend/co workers wedding.

Lets see

1. I was dancing..slipped on some liquid on the dance floor and fell on my back...luckily my bosses shoe was there to catch my head...SERIOUSLY...I nearly DIED!

2. Later I went to the bathroom. I was standing in the middle of the dance floor during dinner hour talking to a friend...and another friend comes RUNNING OVER TO TELL ME I HAD TOILET PAPER STUCK TO MY SHOE!!!

3. While Dancing there was a tray of glasses sitting on the corner of the dance floor...guess who knocked the ENTIRE TRAY OVER...glass and liquid EVERYWHERE!

4. By the end of the night I was totally wasted and knocked my beer all over the table and in the lap of my friend :)

Then I started to cry and wanted to go home. It certainly made for an INTERESTING EVENING...I think I was the star that night amoung my friends...not the bride!

And here is the kicker party...my wedding is at the same place...only now it is under new ownership so I am hoping the curse has lifted

at my uncle's wedding we were sitting with my other uncle and my cousin - she was only 8 at the time and when she gets like excited and stuff she throws up - well as we are eating our penna al vodka my cousin pukes in teh champagne bucket on teh table - the poor girl will never live that one down!

Wow..those are some stories. I think mine would be at my cousins wedding..really nothing all that bad...but the Best Man was giving a toast (mind you he was drunk) and he began talking about how the bride and groom were living together before they married and how they kicked everyone out of the house to be alone...it was pretty funny.

and then at another wedding (one of my co workers wedding) well her wedding was just a complete disaster from beginning to end. It felt like I was at a night club and not a wedding. The music was BLASTING all night long, even through dinner time...you could hardly talk to anyone, not even the person next to you. And the groom took off his tux and top shirt (he was wakling about with a small white sleeveless shirt!!!) all night long, PLUS he was at the bar ALL NIGHT hardly stood next to his wife....anyway....2weeks later he was cheating on her, and now a year later they are getting divorced, go figure.

1. at a friend's e-party I saw another guest wipe out on the dance floor- it was like a comedy skit!nobody wanted to be seen laughing, but everyone was cracking up.
2. at another wedding the bride had someone spill red wine down her gown at cocktail hour! she was so good about it, but her mother was pissed off i'm sure mom had paid for the dress...
3. at another wedding the CP's had candles in them & somehow caught a napkin on fire. that was pretty wild- had to be stomped out on the dance floor.
4. and at yet another wedding the groom surprised his wife with a Sinatra impersonator. everyone thought it was so sweet until his first song for the bride was 'The Lady is a Tramp!' I almost died It went from sweet to shocking in minutes!

Some of these are baaad but most are friggin HILLARIOUS!!!!!

the last wedding i went to one of FH's friends(who we all know always hits on a lot of girls no matter where he is) started dancing with the bride's cousin.

By now he was drunk, he doesnt drink often, so when he does even 2 drinks in forget it, hes a mess.

The dancing started off innocent, but then about an hour later they were bumping and grinding on the dance floor.

Kicker is the bride's cousin we find out later was 16 years old, FH's friend is 27

OMG Now THAT'S a story!!!

I think for me...I went to a wedding a few years back. I didn't know the bride and groom that well as they were friends of a guy I had just started dating. Well the grooms dad had WAAAY too much to drink. He came up behind me and yells out 'WOW you have a sweet @ ss!' Then smacks it

Let's say I was less then happy!!!

ok-this one is old, but went to a friend of the families wedding and the video guy had gotten up on a chair to tape everyone dancing from above them, someone who had waaaaaaay to much to drink bumped into the guy and knocked him off the chair I personally laughed the rest of the night, and without even attempting to stop...id love to see that part of the video

at Mrsr72806's wedding - they dropped the chocolate fountain (after we used it when they were taking it out of the room, thank goodness!)

they dropped it right outside the room - but our friend Lynn was in the bathroom and when she came out she was trapped on the other side - she was drunk, so she was laughing going 'i didnt do it! Save me Save me'

it was pretty funny.
