My coworkers and I just had a race from the lobby to the 11th floor and we're all so out of breath - it was the funniest thing to watch us make it to the 11th floor

Re: Out of breath!!!!!!
we did it b/c:
1) we're trying to lose weight 2) they thought they would beat me (2 guys)
one beat me but ONLY b/c I gave him a 1 floor advantage. I was literally steps behind him
sooooooo i actually started climbing the stairs this week instead of taking the elevator. 20 steps x 11 floors = 220 steps x 3 times a day = 660 steps!!! it feels great!!!
