Out of town bag question
Do you make one bag for each room, or one bag for each person in the room?

I'm pretty sure you can just do one bag per room. I recall a few weddings i've gone to where we've had to duke it out for the snacks but totally makes sense not to make yourself crazy doing one for each person. I think im gonna put 2 of those mini bottles of water, enough advil for two people then just assorted snacks in our bags.I'm curious to hear what the other ladies say!

i originally felt the same way - 1 per room. But i've come to realize a lot of families are staying over and I have some couples even sharing. So that would mean 2 bags would work better. The hotel said if I personalized the bags per room, it's like a $3 fee or something each room. I think it's just easier just to make 2 bags at that point and be done with it! I guess it really all depends on how the room make up will be for the majority of your guests.

I'm also doing one bag per room, and depending on how many people are there, I'll just fill it with double of everything or just one of everything that I've bought. I'll def fill the bag with enough for each person though. :)

I'm only doing one per room. We're providing enough food as it is haha. It's more of a courtesy than anything. My hotel has continental breakfast also so I'm not concerned that my guests will be starving.

I'm doing two bags per room-mine will be left with the front desk/check in so it's really up to them to do the correct job, but my intentions are 2 per room or how ever many people are in the room really I personally don't like when we receive one bag, I don't like sharing food lol

I bought enough bags to do per person, but I realy wanted others thoughts. I think since everyone who is doing one bag is going to double stuff, that I am just going to do per person :)Welcome New Vendors
