i just finished mine! I put in:
bottle of water
juice box
granola bar
raisins
small bag of chips
small pack of cookies/crackers
pack of mint gum

and a note from me and FH welcoming them to our wedding weekend. i also bought favor tags and printed out a label that i tied with ribbon on the handle. the tag had our monogram and our names/date of wedding.

i bought everything at BJs in bulk so it worked out to be about 100 dollars for 40 bags.
