I need to share my frustration with those getting married in NY but living elsewhere. Its so hard to not just go on vendor appointments. I keep thinking the best stuff will be booked before I get to NY this summer!

I live in Boston - and can't take off from work now so it is so hard- but it is easier then before - i was in australia and new zealand when i first started planning -so my parents and Fi had to pick the band -
But i a m still tring to track down contracts that i did not recieve when i was gone

Thanks! I live in California so its really hard. I just hope the band I booked on line is as good as everyone says! I'm still waiting for a copy of my contract for them!

Gosh, I was bitching and moaning from Brooklyn (two + hours out to North Fork) but you ladies have it way more difficult.
I don't have a car Makes wedding planning very difficult from my end...
...good news: Duet just opened a second NYC office in midtown for city brides. I was at least able to be home for that!!
Good luck!
Now I just have to worry about getting in and keeping happy OOT guests for the wedding!
