I have about 60 people coming from out of town and state. I want to send them something to let them know what hotel to book and where to go and what to do in L.I. Beaches,parks etc. Anyone have any ideas on the lay out? I have the wedding programs I can use. It is like a card. The picture is on the front with cala lillies. I think someone did something like this before? Thank you!

We are using our website for all our information it seems to be so much easier than sending something out.

We are also gonna put this info on our wedding website and do a newsletter called 'Nuptial News' (for technically challenged guests) to update OOT guests on travel info, activities, wedding details, etc....

The newsletter is a good idea also, I may steal your idea about that, since most of my mom's family lives in Mexico and I doubt they are up to date (older folk ya know)

I guess I really need help with ideas on a newsletter type of thing. All of my family is the older generation and really aren't into computers or have one. I 'd rather send something out to them. They can't stand how informal things have become during the wedding process. You know the older generation......can't accept something new! LOL.

We are going to do a website and send out with invitations to out of towners details about hotels and other activities to do.
