Re: Out of town guest welcome letter
I put emergency telephone numbers, such as my parents home and cell phone numbers and my uncle's cell phone (who is a doctor).

Re: Out of town guest welcome letter
Hard to explain how I did ours but I'll try. I used a little poem and then below that put important times/dates for different activities occurring. The best part though--I found the watermark feature on microsoft word and put a watermark of one of our engagement pics behind it...it came out cute. I can try and take a picture but I'm not sure how it'll come out.

Re: Out of town guest welcome letter
I love the idea of a poem. I noticed that Vista prints has a sale on brochures 25 for 1 dollar, and i have seen the quality and its great so i thought this would make a nice formate for a welcome letter, but i feel like i don't have much to put in it.

I want to do something like that too, but I wanted to let the OOT guests know about the breakfast the next morning - does anyone have any cute wording for this?

Re: Out of town guest welcome letter
This is what we used.
Welcome!
We made a little box completely full of treats, whether your mouth gets dry and thirsty, or you’re in the mood for some sweets.
It’s just a small token full of our love, hugs and kisses, to thank you for the trip you’ve made to see the new Mr. & Mrs.
Thank you for sharing this day with us! We hope you enjoy your stay.
Love,
