Out of Town Guests

Anyone making a welcome pack for their arrival at the hotel? What are you putting in the pack?

We put: (all organic b/c that's what we eat) pretzels, lollypops, raisins, spring water, a pack of cards, a welcome letter, some historical info about the area.

MOst of our OOT guests are coming from England, so we are putting snacks, historical info, welcome letter and little New York souveniers (little statues od Liberty...etc)

Thanks for the input, I think one of my bridesmaid will be doing it for me. She is thinking of a basket with fruits and info about the area.

I'm getting little pocket subway maps, express bus maps, Metro Cards (if we can afford it - depends on how many are coming over), and information on b'way shows and tour trolleys and Central Park, etc.
Also I'll probably type up a list of stores/hair salons/restaurants in the area for OOT guests.

We put in snacks...bottled water...mints...soap...lotion...toothpaste...welcome letter

I am putting in hats & mittens for my southern guests (we are getting married in January) as a spoof.
We are also putting in various chocolates, gourmet hot chocolate with a personalised mug & some lotions & such. for now.... ask me again in 2 weeks
