out of town packages?

out of town packages?

Anyone preparing something to mail to OOT's beforehand?

Does anyone know what it should consist of? A simple card maybe, with just the accomodation details?

Maybe a wedding newsletter with accomodations, and things to do in the area. Resturants, attractions and so on.

I went to an OOT wedding last September. Prior to the wedding we received a package that inlcuded:

- Hotel and Wedding info
- Map of the area
- info on nearby restaurants, bars, & entertainment
- websites where we could find more info about the area
- directions to the hotel from the airport.

You might not necessarily need to include all of these things, but we found the information very helfpul.

I'm planning on sending something out to the real OOTers (we have some people coming from just an hour and a half away). They already have the hotel information but, I want to send them airport information and everything.
