I've seen on here a couple times the gift bags for out of towners when they're welcomed at the hotel but I have no idea what to do with them, what to put in them, or what to write? Should I put a timeline? Welcome note? Does anyone have pictures of one they've done or seen and any drafts of timelines or welcome notes? Thanks for the help in advance

I got one in October last year and it had some munchies including a personalized cookie. There was a card in there saying thank you for joining us and had information on after party and day after brunch.

I got one at an OOT wedding - same thing, goodies, personalized mints in a tin, etc... it was given to us when we checked in at the hotel; they had all the little bags right there behind the counter.

i plan on doing it but using gable boxes instead of bags. I'll prob put in some water, gum, mints, candy, etc... Putting in a timeline is a good idea too.

I'm putting in all the goodies (food, advil for hangover, water etc) and also writing a Thank You note and a letter that has a list of things they can do while on Long Island and restaurants nearby.

YES! I remember there was Tylenol and a little water bottle I was like man that's genious! LOL

In addition to snacks, water and tylenol, I've received the time of the shuttle service to/from the reception hall and a 'breakfast coupon'. The couple arranged it with the hotel that this was their guests prepaid breakfast ticket. The couple only paid for the number of tickets the waiter/waitresses received.
One thing that I noticed/will do is include 2 bottles of water. One bottle for two people in shared room is not enough after a night of drinking. LOL.

same here: a little hangover kit, probably personalized candy, random little toiletries they may forget (qtips, toothpaste/mouthwash), a welcome note, chips/pretzels..etc

you can just google vistaprint free postcards and youll get a link to the site. you can try this though - it should work
I was gonna get a bag and put little snacks, bottles of water, gum, tissues, mints, and some other things in them. The card im using i got from FutureJOC.
