This is my first post here but I have been getting lots of great reviews and tips from others posts!
So, we are getting married on the beach (yay!) and I am concerned about people hearing us! I think we need to get some kind of portable mic and speaker....I know dj's will do this but we were fine to skip the dj for the party and just do an ipod playlist....
Has anyone found a good and reasonably priced system we can rent or buy or a sound company that will come and just do the ceremony?

hmmm... good one! im having my reception outside, but my dj is just running a few speakers.... Id honestly ask the hall about that, they would know!! especially the pavilion

You can get a microphone ....or something like that ..i would check out places like radio shack something like that ...or best buy ...its worth a shot

They dont know where to get/rent one? they never had a ceremony on the beach.. thats ridic!

I guess most people who book there get live music or a dj...but we are fine with just our ipod....i just want people to hear the ceremony!

karaoke machines are really loud...im sure you can hide it, and put the mic on a stand, or have a maid hold it, ask ur friends. theyre not cheap to buy but two of my friends have them
