Outdoor Park Wedding

Having an outdoor garden wedding in Setauket in August. Any recommendations for a good caterer?

I'm having an outdoor wedding too (no kitchen) and most caterers were giving me hell about it.

I give up...

I think I'm just going to go with someone that has tons of experience doing outdoor off premise catering...

They are very reputable, but be warned so layed back and casual, it freaks me out being a city girl...

I mean I want things done and I want them done yesterday ... this guy took like a week to call me back.
