so, I just got off the phone with a nice rep from a highly regarded limo vendor. now, they are great and a lot of you girls are using them (and I may end up too) BUT
$900 for ONE effing car for 4 effing hours!
and that was with a DISCOUNT!
we are renting a BMW 645 for us for the WEEKEND and it is the same price as this limo for FOUR hours!
OUTRAGEOUS- I think fh is going to flip!

ETA: I'm paying $1800 for THREE cars for FOUR HOURS - $900 is absolutely RIDICULOUS!

i think that is high as well - but i also booked my limos before the summer when gas prices skyrocketed... i know when my cuz was trying to book in october - prices were ridiculous compared to the when i booked this summer - and it was because of the gas prices and their unstability. maybe that is why it is so much....

OMG thats completely crazy - I didnt get anything crazy - (2) 6 person for 3 hrs and a rolls for 920.00 includes all tips and rides back and forth for our honeymoon

we booked way in advance and are only paying $1200 for 3 cars, plus a car to drive us home the end of the night.
but i agree, its crazy as soon as you say 'wedding' the price triples

FH got 1500 for the 40 pas limobus for 3 hours and 2 14 pas vans at the end of the night to bring people back to the hotel. They will send the 30 pas bus if it's not booked instead...(maybe a little tip to the driver to bring back the 40 pas bus )
Limos can get crazy- FH almost walked away from them and then they agreed to his price. I wanted Royalty bc I heard good things and didn't want to worry about limos...tho we are getting married in Feb.- that lowers the price.
Your quote sounds high what kind of car is it?
Shop around-I hear good things about Sir Oliver and Alexis-tho list prices of Alexis are slightly higher than Royalty. Good Luck!

Are you getting a special car? I have a 12 passanger limo from sir oliver for 3 1/4 hours for 350. Check around and best of luck.

That is completely and totally outrageous! There is no way on this earth I would pay that kind of $$ for one limo. For a teeny tiny little bit more I am getting 2 limos for 5 hours each.

i booked sir oliver and my package is 600 bucks for 2, 10 passenger lincoln limos. I only got a pick up and drop. Oh yeah that price includes a ride home at the end of the night.

I have a 10 person and a 14 person limo for 3 hours and a pick-up at the end of the night for me at FH for less than the one limo you were quoted.
