Is anyone getting their wedding catered from a place outside their venue? We're looking to get a caterer for 50-60 per person (or less). Does anyone know of or had experience with any?

Re: Outside Caterer
im using iavarone brothers... They set things up nice, everythings fresh and for the quality the price is better than smaller catering companies or wedding caterers

Thanks! I'm on their website now...they look pretty good and have a lot to choose from! Do they only do buffet style or do they also do sit-down? We haven't decided yet what we're want to do, but we're leaning towards buffet.

I HEART IAVARONE BROS!!! My parents live in Woodbury and everytime I'm home I stop by there to pick up prepared food ------UUUUGHHHHH AMAZING!!
They catered our 'getting ready' food on the day of our wedding and everyone loved it! DELISH!!!

Porto Vivo in Huntington is recently expanding their catering business. I was there for dinner the other night and the food was fantastic. If you're interested, FM me and I can get you in touch with the general manager or consulting chef.
