Just wondering if anyone used an outside caterer for their wedding or other formal event. I'm looking for a company that not only does the food but has wait staff as well. TIA!

I'm renting a hall on my own and am using Villa Sorrento for catering. They're in Saint James.

For 100 people in came in at slightly less than $50.00 pp. However now that my count has gone up I'm not sure if it will still be that or more (he charged me a total price as opposed to a pp price).
